HelloHouse now follows up with new leads

Are you responding to each client lead sent to you via HelloHouse?

The assumption is that once a lead enquires about your development, you will be in contact with them within two working days. Unfortunately this is not always the case and leads are left wondering whether you want their business or not? Unattended leads will move on to the next development so we encourage you to contact them as soon as possible.

After two working days, your lead will receive a follow-up email from HelloHouse asking whether or not you contacted them. This is our way of ensuring that the lead feels cared for and has a positive experience enquiring via HelloHouse. By contacting your leads in a timely manner, you add value to that experience and our desire for HelloHouse clients to find their dream homes.
