Setup your email signature with Personal details

You can customise certain aspects of the Account level signature so that it is personal to you.

Select Your Profile

To set you your email signature details, click on your name in the top right hand corner, scroll down to "your profile" option on the dropdown.

Configure your profile details

You will be taken to your "Profile page", here you will be able to fill in your first and last name, email address(s), telephone number(s) and profile picture.

Click save

Once you are happy the information that you have entered is correct you can click save and all your outbound communication will now contain your contact details and a personalised image of yourself
