How Does Billing Work?

Your subscription cost is based on the number of active developments you want to sync to portals.

Example: If you have 7 developments, you pay R1,500/month. If you scale to 12 developments, your next billing cycle adjusts to R2,000/month automatically.

What counts as an "active development"? Any development currently synced and live on at least one portal (Property24, Private Property, or Hello House).

What Happens to My Listings if I Cancel or Let My Subscription Lapse?

Your existing listings stay live on Property24, Private Property, and Hello House. We don't remove them.

However, you'll need an active subscription to:

  • Add new development listings
  • Edit or update existing listings (pricing, photos, descriptions, availability, unit details)
  • Re-sync data after portal requirement changes

In short: Your developments remain visible on portals exactly as they were, but you can't make changes without reactivating your subscription.

Reactivation: Simple and instant. Just set up payment again and you can immediately resume managing all your listings.

Can I Delete Listings Without a Subscription?

Yes. You can remove listings anytime via simple comms with our listings team.

What If I Need to Update a Listing Urgently But Don't Have a Subscription?
