Reminders

When a lead enquires on a listed property it is not always at the point where they are ready to take things forward and so effectively you as the sales agent have to wait until such time as the lead is ready. This can be hard to keep track of and what happens is that leads begin to fall through the cracks.

PropertyEngine's Reminders is a feature which allows admins and assignees to set convenient and trackable reminders for either the assignee of the lead or the lead themselves, allowing a way of keeping on top of who needs to be followed up with.
